RECEIVED 6/12/2015...I'm not usually one for doing this kind of thing. But these guys are amazing. I have been wanting to get a Harley for a long time, (yes this is my first one). For one reason or another it hasn't happened. A short time ago I went to a different dealer to try and do rider to rider financing, and left with a sour taste in my mouth. I had pretty much giving up on getting a Harley. I went to Tramontin to by a battery for my Honda. My girlfriend went to the used bike section and spotted a 2007 Ultra Classic Electra Glide. Then I met Christian. We started talking, I told him about what happened at the last dealer. He was baffled by what I told him. He said, give us a chance to see what we can do to get you on this bike. Since then the process has been nothing less than spectacular. Christian, Greg, Don, and everyone else there (the guys in parts, and the girls in clothing and accessories) were truly great to deal with. They went above and beyond to provide me with an amazing purchase. I don't really know what else I can say. RECEIVED 5/24/2015...THANK YOU Kenny and the amazing service crew! My adventure started on March 29. I was heading out for my first ride of the season, after a preseason check-up. White smoke was soon billowing behind me, and the oil that should've been inside my tank was everywhere else. What we thought was an o-ring problem was much worse than expected. A bearing had broken loose and basically shot shrapnel throughout my engine. Here's where Kenny stepped in. He worked with me and my extended warranty, fielding my texts and calls - very patiently and professionally - until my happy reunion with my Deluxe on Saturday, May 23. My bike has never run better! I hope no one ever has to experience what I did, but if it does happen I can't think of a better crew to entrust with your bike. Thank you so much. Safe travels, all!

RECEIVED 5/12/2015...I decided I was in the market for a new bike but wasn't sure if I wanted to buy another Harley or possibly go in a different direction. My family and I took a trip up to Tramontin last week. I met Donnie and explained I was just looking and that I bought my last Harley at a different dealer because of the terrible way I was handled last time I was at Tramontin. Donnie immediately put me at ease and said there was a new Manager and new attitude and he was there to help me if I had any questions. I began to feel more comfortable and looked around he landed me on a new Softail Slim and had every answer to every question. I then decided to meet with Greg who was also a pleasure to deal with. I left that day with a decision to make. I went home searched the bike online and shopped other local dealers, I even visited one. I didn't feel the same level of professionalism and knowledge I felt at Tramontin so I decided to buy my new Bike from Donnie. Long story short my family and I arrived Mothers Day to pick up bike and could not have been treated better. The guys in parts and service were great, the young ladies who sized my daughter for a helmet were great and the sales associate filling in for Donnie didn't miss a beat!! I tell you based on the fact that this is what I do for a living as well, and would love for my dealership to function as a team as TRAMONTIN does.. Hats off to all of you.

RECEIVED 10/26/2014...WOW!!! What a dealership. It's a shame I live so far away (62 miles) I have bought parts and accessories and even spoke to service people. Well what I didn't get was any attitudes or looked upon like what I don't have time for this. Been to a lot of dealerships and Tramontin is hands down the best I`ve been to. You just get a good feeling as soon as you go thru the doors. Only regret is that I didn't buy bike from them. But I guarantee the next one I will.

RECEIVED 7/28/2014...So I was riding my trust 89 Heritage from NYC to Mt. Arlington on my way eventually to the Gap when on Route 3 my clutch would no longer disengage. Speed shifted from near the I 80 entrance all the way to Tramontin Harley figuring that way I wouldn't have to stop as the dealer is right off the highway. Despite some close calls when traffic backed up I was able to speed shift my way to the dealer and arrived at around 5:45 pm last Friday afternoon just before closing. Didn't take long for the whole service gang to jump on my problem with a smile and intelligent guesses that it was the throw out bearing (it's the original from 1989). Although they couldn't get it done before closing they assured me that although they were busy they would try to get to it Saturday. All again, done with a smile. And here is the kicker: since i was stranded without my scoot and had to get to Mt Arlington to have a roof over my head for the night, the wonderful and charming Nancy (the manager for those who don't know) offered to drive me to my buddy's house in Mt. Arlington which is the opposite direction of her commute home. She did it all while refusing any kind of payment for her time and trouble. Next day the throw out bearing was replaced and it works better than ever. I have been all over the US literally and visited all kinds of dealers across the country and these guys are the friendliest and most professional I have seen. I even bought a cool helmet from them as they have one of the better collections I have seen. Scoot or run on over to Tramontin and check it out and get a dog or brunch on Sunday while you are at it. RECEIVED 7/21/2014...Last Week I brought my 2014 CVO in for its 5k service. Dave did the service and answered all of my questions plus some. I had a small nick in the paint which I requested they just put a speck of clear coat on it so it wouldn't rust. Brad did some magic where you can't even find it unless you knew where it was. RECEIVED 7/11/2014...On July 5 I went for motorcycle ride. Not knowing where I was going. Got on route 80 W. I got off the hope exit for Tramontin Harley-Davidson. Walking in I was greeted very kindly. My intention that day was not to buy a motorcycle. Sat on several motorcycles. There's one in the far corner 2014 road King. I said to myself oh my? This is nice? I got hold of salesman Christian. No pressure from the sales team to buy today. I was introduced to Gregory who does financing. He worked some magic numbers. I dream that night of owning a Harley. Little did I know they were open Sunday. Now I'm a proud owner of 2014 (Road King) the experience I had a Tramontin harley-Davidson was unbelievable ! I would highly recommend Tremonton Harley-Davidson. Not only did I get a free T-shirt. I got two t-shirts to wear proudly. So people can see where I bought my motorcycle from. RECEIVED 7/4/2014...I fell in love with my 2007 Fatboy when it was on the sales floor in October/November timeframe, each visit I swooned over it. On one of my many visits there I happened to mention to Nancy (owner) that if that bike is still there in the Spring (when I would be done paying off my car), that I'm going to buy it, all the time worrying in the back of my head it probably wouldn't last that long - she's a beauty! She said why don't you put some cash down now just to hold it - didn't know that was an option. After talking with Greg, the "finance guy", some cash down, and 4 months later, she's all mine (well, and the bank's of course.) The professionalism and service from all the departments has been outstanding, always feeling like I'm part of the Tramontin family whenever I go there. It was a great experience and am looking forward to doing it all over again when I'm ready for another! When I bought my first bike (an '03 Honda Shadow Spirit) I did not have the great experience that I've received at Tramontin. (As a woman rider, 11 years ago nobody took me serious as a purchaser and it took me 4 shops to find one that did.)

RECEIVED 6/26/2014...All I can say is the 2014 Limited water-cooled HD, is an awesome bike. Greg and Nancy were very easy to work with on the bike. I knew what bike I wanted, but Greg's positive attitude and knowledge of it was excellent, he explained all the new features and all of the positives of the bike, and from what I have noticed there are no negatives with this ride. With looking at the bike, getting knowledge of all the features and the purchasing process with Tramontin's Sales Team everything was outstanding. RECEIVED 5/15/2014...I recently purchased an 2014 XL1200C Sportster. I had been off a bike for about 6 years and wasn't sure what I wanted. The team at Tramontin was excellent and offering insight and helping me select the correct model. I am thrilled with my selection. In addition, I knew I wanted some upgrades to the bike right from the start. Between Greg and the parts department (thank you Ken!) my bike came out exactly as I wanted. I have never owned a Harley before and couldn't be happier with the outcome. After the purchase was complete, I purchased a Jacket, gloves and a helmet from the store at Tramontin and the sales team in there was extremely helpful. RECEIVED 2/6/2014...This is My third Harley I brought from Tramontin. Nancy and Greg went out of their way to make sure the bike was just right before I left the dealer. Ken and the Dave in service did a couple of modification which were excellent. Brad delivered the bike in the famed Harley trailer. (excellent job getting it to my house in this crappy weather) Greg went over everything. To make sure I understood all of new features on the 2014 CVO's . Said If I have any problems/questions to give him a call. I highly recommend buying from Tramontin. Even Ashley got in on the action selling me a new jacket which is great. Now if they could just do something about the snow.

RECEIVED 1/15/2014...Best experience I have ever had with a major purchase. Four years ago I was new to New Jersey and had not been to any dealerships but was thinking about buying my first Harley. A chance conversation with a rider let me know about Tramontin. It was close to where I live so I decided to go there and begin my research on buying a bike. As fate would have it, they are closed on Monday's.....a seemingly wasted trip! After rattling the front door a few times and walking back to my car, a woman who was also in the parking lot rolled down her window and asked if she could help me. I explained that it was my day off and I wanted to look at a few bikes. To my absolute astonishment, she introduced herself as Nancy and informed me that she was the manager and had some spare time and would be more than happy to open up the dealership JUST FOR ME! Who is going to turn down a private viewing of a huge room filled with dream machines?!?! We were just about to walk through the front doors when she noticed my dogs in the back seat of my car. Not only did she take time on what I assume was her day off to fulfill my wish to, not shop for, but to just look at the different models, she also told me that it was a little chilly outside and that I could bring all three dogs inside! If my dogs are good enough for a business, then so am I. No need to go to any other dealership. I was a customer for life before I even walked into the showroom. As stated, it has been four years now and I have purchased three bikes (so far!) two Ultra Classics and one Honda and I STILL have never been in another dealership when seriously looking to buy another bike. Nancy and all the staff at Tramontim are incredibly friendly, helpful and courteous. Buzz words used often, but in this case it is genuine. I am always greeted by name when I walk in the dealership and made to feel like they have been waiting for me all day! In today's climate of bait and switch, smoke and mirrors and generally promising you the moon up until your money is in there pocket, and then forgetting you exist, it is so nice to have found and had countless wonderful experiences at my second home.....Tramontin Harley Davidson!

Received 12/7/2013...Well here again saying what anyone who deals with these guys already knows...TRAMONTIN IS THE GREATEST !! Have a 2010 Ultra Glide Limited which I bought there...accesorized there...and most of all serviced there..have travleled throughout the country and have never had a problem with the bike and attribute that to their mechanics which keep my bike running like it just came out of the showroom...just took advantage of their "Winter Service Special" well gotta say WOW...had some dual power v&h; headers installed along with pair of SE 255 cams...OMG what a difference in performance and sound just amazing...dynoed 88hp with 100lb torque...yikes is all I can say...super throttle response could not be happier...well maybe if winter was about over now. Yeah took the long way home cause tomorrow we'll probably get some snow and the bike gets put away till spring...anyway just wanted to say thanks once again to the crew...Paulie...Don..Kenny and Dave you guys are great and made this another fantastic motorcyce experience...oh not forgetting Nancy who'd kick these guys asses for anything less...thanks again...gotta go and peel this smile off my face...rick

Received 12/1/2013...Nancy, I wanted to share my positive experience of Tramontin HD with you. I am from Bucks Co PA and stumbled upon your dealership on a ride with some friends from the Phillipsburg area, we rode up rt51 and swung by your dealership to stretch our legs and check out the bikes. What i remember most of the visit was the welcoming atmosphere and hospitality of your dealership, very refreshing from the cold unwelcoming atmosphere I experienced at some large dealerships. The second thing I remember from that visit was a Blue 2013 Switchback that caught my eye, over the next several weeks i found myself obsessing over the bike. I left work one afternoon to take the 1hr and 40min ride from my office to get another look, i had miscalculated traffic and the commute and pulled into your lot 20 mins after store closing. You were out front and asked where I drove from and if there was anything you could help me with, when I explained you opened your showroom and told me to take my time as I had travelled a long way to get there, let me tell you at that moment I was sold on your dealership! True customer service above and beyond! Greg in sales worked with me to get financing and needless to say I purchased the 2013 Switchback, now I look for every opportunity to take a cruise up to Tramontin to shop for apparel and accessories and to just say hi to the staff, you are all great! RECEIVED 6/9/2013...We own five Harleys and two houses. Our primary residence is in Princeton and our weekend house in Stillwater. Having visited many dealers, Tramontin is tops. We drive the 50 miles from Princeton whenever we need anything Harley. Service does great work, parts can find anything and the accessories are plentiful. From the store manager, Nancy, to the service manager, Ken, to Paul in parts, Amanda at the service desk, and Jackie and Ashley in accessories, we are always made to feel at home. Lets not forget Rich The Screamin Needle who is there Saturdays to sew on your patches. Our 12 year old son always looks forward to picking out another patch for Rich to sew onto his vest. Whether looking to buy a bike, pick up a T-shirt, get your Harleys oil changed or just have a cup of coffee with some fine folks, Tramontin is the place!

At the time, I was riding a Honda Rebel 250 and knew I would be upgrading sooner or later. After speaking with Shawn (a few times), I found my first Harley, a 2003 883 Sportster. RECEIVED 3/23/2012...Just had my Road King in for new handlebars, grips, exhaust and rejetting. I bought the bars and grips from Paul at the parts counter. He helped me out with the selection of what bars would work best for me. I was then sent over to Don in service and he and one of the technicians (didn't get his name) come to the front to speak with me directly. They went over everything I wanted to have done and gave me a quote and arranged an appointment. I must say that I am very happy with the service. The bike was worked on and completed when they said it would be and the quote was spot on. They have a good group of guys (and girls) working there. There was no BS and the bike runs great. Sure you can go to an independent shop and save some money but remember you only get what you pay for and these guys know their stuff. I highly recommend them and will go back if i need any work done in the future.

RECEIVED 10/2/2011...Ya know everybody says ya pay threw the nose at at a dealer also known as a "stealer'...maybe that would be with car dealers...at Tramontin...well I beg to differ..bought my Ultra Limited there ....have had all services done there...custom parts installed and when I ride I know there will be no problems because these guys at Tramontin do their best for ya...not just a job for them it's their calling and all are extremely dedicated to their work and to us...the customer!!! I say customer but really dealing with Tramontin..your not just a customer but your family and that my friends says it all....!!

Received 12/30/2010...I recently required extensive repair to my MC that was damaged in an accident. I found the service department to be extremely helpful and very professional in servicing and repairing my MC. I would highly recommend them to others and truly appreciate the high quality of work that they provided. Dave the mechanic that I dealt with most was very knowledgeable and top grade mechanic.

Anthony in Sales made it painless and he provided a detailed description of the financing and warrantee options plus offered me a fair price for my trade-in. The other members of the Tramontin crew in Parts, Accessories, and Service have been knowledgeable and helpful. There Rider Rewards Program is a great idea and will keep me coming back.

Received 10/8/10...I have a 2010 CVO Convertible and had found some new scratches on the rear fender where the pillon and seat come together. I didn't think I did it but who else could have so I ordered the paint. Nancy the GM had seen them and said she thought it mite be from the pillon. The shop sent the photos to Harley and they sent me a new fender. Thank you so much Nancy and Tramontin H-D

2/26/2010... I have been riding and/or fixing motorcycles for more than 30 years. I have been to dozens of shops and dealerships all across this country. I know a class act when I see it, and Tramontin HD is it. They have 60 weight in their blood. True professionals through and through. From the guys in the service dept. to the people behind the parts counter, class act.

2/24/2010...Saw the garage trade in ad...really loved my bike and put down that I would have to really be enticed to do a trade in...selected the Ultra Classic Limited to get a quote...Jamie gave me a call that very day...Sunday as a matter of fact, anyway we got to talking and I assured him that this was only a casual inquiry...next I stopped in just to see the bike...for the helluva it...Did I mention that I really love my bike...Jamie welcomed me into the showroom and pointed out the "Limited"...nice bike...very very nice bike...Jamie showed me all the details etc..and even started her up in the showroom...played the radio...I think he knew he was gettin to me...we started to talk some numbers...my bike was paid in full...no payments...did not want some giant loan again...after a while things were really coming into perspective and it was looking like I was finally becoming part of the HD family.... Cannot say enough good things about these guys...Jamie in sales couldn't do enough for me and treated me like an old buddy...Paulie...what a guy...knows his stuff...gets me parts pronto and makes sure my charge card works every time...lol...looking forward to doing business with these guys for years to come....thanks again for all the great service....Rick Bulson

On the 16th Jan '10 I brought my '01 FLSTCI in for a set of tires and had the wonderful opportunity to meet with Ken, Curtis and Dave. My first impression was how nice and personable these guys were, they even offered to share their lunch! They stressed the importance of properly maintaining my Harley which will lead to savings down the road. They explained the repairs that needed attention, performed them, and provided me the cause and effect of the repair. I couldn't have been happier with the service, knowledge and attention to detail that I've experienced at Tramontin. To top it all off, I was very please with the cost of the repairs! I live a little over an hour away from the dealership, but it's just a minor inconvenience for the quality of service you receive. A very big thanks to the service department! -John Gurrieri

We bought our first motorcycle, a 2009 Tri Glide, at Tramontin and were very pleased with the dealership. CJ and the service department worked with us to quickly add the items we requested and enable us to pick up our bike on a very short timeframe. After visiting several HD dealerships prior to working with Tramontin, I can say that Tramontin far exceeded the customer service efforts of any other dealer. On my recent adventure up to Canada & New England states, I had the pleasure to make a stop in Hope N. J. What a choice, I got the honor to meet a H-D family dealership so deep in the evolvement and history of harley-riders or any motorcycle be the case. Bob was so cool to give me the twenty-five cent tour as he called it,what a great place,what a great story teller! Nancy was also kind to give me a sticker of Tramontin Harley-Davidson, that I stuck it right away with others to the inside of my tourpack! What hospitality! Family takes care of family! Just bought our 3rd bike in 14 months. Did the "ride free for a year" program - upgraded from an 09 Sporty to an 09 Softail Deluxe. I was interested in going to a 1200 Custom Sporty, but both CJ and Nancy knew I would not be happy and recommended trying the Softail - and THEY WERE RIGHT!!! Walked in with a Sportster and walked out a few hours later with the Deluxe. As twice before, they made the experience totally painless. Ken, in service, stepped up to the plate and got the bike ready within a short time, and thanks to Paul, I was able to get a windshield on and rode the bike home the same day!!!! I have never been to a Harley dealer I did not like but some are better then others. To me Tramontin is the best every time I go there I feel like i'm with friends, from good conversation to also being very helpful in what ever i've needed. From buying a t-shirt to parts or a bike i've always been treated first class. Tramontins service dept. is great if i'm having work done or just have a question thay always take great care and time for me. I love going to dealers all over but when ever it's time to buy something or have service done Tramontins the dealer for me. Harley Davidson is a great company and should be very proud to have a dealer like Tramontin representing them.

I loved the service and personal help I received from all the staff; Don Carr in the Service Department, Paul in the Parts Department, and last but not least, the young lady that works in the back (also Sales) whose name, I believe, is Casey. Alot of you know my story, being surprised on my 25th wedding anniversary with a 2008 Road King Classic. Everyone at Tramontin treated my wife like she was family. Especially Nancy !! They all bent over backwards to make her purchase as smooth as possible. Making a long story as short as possible - after riding 2 up, my wife decided she wanted her own bike. She got her license and rode a Honda Rebel for experience, and we just bought her an 09 Sportster 883 Low. Again, the entire experience of buying the bike was enjoyable and stress free. John and (again) Nancy went above and beyond making the purchase as easy as the first one. Last - but not least - the guys in service, as well as the guys in parts, are always pleasant and helpful - even calling out our names as we enter the showroom. It is a true family atmosphere. The service deparment can not be beat! All the guys are friendly, knowledgable , and fast. If you have any problem they will go out of thier way to find and fix it. Even if you just have a question about a bike, problem, or item. The sales people for both bikes and motorclothes must not be forgotten as they are also friendly, kind and courteous and will also go out of there way to get what you are looking for. I have been coming here off and on for the last 30 years as my 1st harley was a 125 dirt/road bike (AMF), sure glad they do not make them like that any more... but that is a hole nother story as it was made in france or italy... not sure... The last 4 years I had a 2005 Sportster and have never had a complaint with all the upgrades and services made to this by the guys. I have moved up and have sold this bike and the guy who bought it said it looked like new as I take care of my bikes as if they were my kids...lol maybe better...lol My current bike is a 2001 Ultra Classic that I bought in may of 2008 and I have had it services and upgraded at Tramontin to enhance its drivablility and performance with more planned in the future like a 6 speed and easy clutch.... :)
